How much does counselling cost?
My fee is £65 per one-hour session. I operate a sliding scale, which means I can also offer lower-cost counselling to those with a more modest income. These places are limited so please contact me to enquire about availability.
What happens in the first session?
No two counsellings sessions are the same but during the initial session I will ask more questions than usual to gain a picture of where you are t in your life and an idea of what the problems are that you struggle with.
There will also be time for you to ask me any questions you may have about counsell9ng or the way in which I work.
We will also go through the practicalities of counselling sessions such as times & dates, confidentiality, payment etc
What is are your qualifications/training
I hold a diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling and have completed four years of training. I also have supervision to continually develop my counselling skills and undergo Continuous Personal Development with various groups.
